The factory TD04LR-15GK-6cm turbocharger is way to small for your 2.4L motor. The tiny turbine wheel and housing creates backpressure numbers greater than 60psi and makes it rather pointless to do anything other than an all out replacement. We tried some upgrades back in 2003 to the stock turbo's compressor wheel but we found it made only a little more power and created even more backpressure. Don't let any friend convince you that a Super Duper Stock Killer Upgrade will be perfect for you. Let your 2.4 breathe, replace the whole thing with a real sized turbo.

Our turbo kit includes a replacement manifold, turbocharger, external wastegate, and 3" O2 housing that will allow for endless possibilities. You have countless turbo options once you change out the stock turbo assembly to one of our AGP Big Turbo kits.

This kit is based around the Borg Warner S200 turbo line and packed into the right turbine and compressor housings, the ones that fit and work, and cast only by AGP. Turbo placement is a key variable in this design, because of the clearance with the engine and firewall. Rest assured, the turbo placement allows for enough room so you DO NOT have to "convince" your firewall. NO DENTING OR HACKING OF THE FIREWALL NEEDED with our kit. The "S" series turbos are not offered in a ball bearing center section, however with the Borg Warner Extended Tip Technology, they spool up very well for their size and power potential.

S200sx-RS-50 - This turbo is the smallest in the S200sx series Borg Warner's Extended Tip compressor wheels that we offer, but don't let its size fool you.  The 50mm compressor wheel flows at 44lbs/min and is recommended in the .48 A/R turbine housing.  The .48 A/R housing allows this turbo to reach 20psi of boost around 3200rpm and will max out around 28psi and 410whp.  This turbo is very well matched to a street car with stock internals.  Compressor housing is 3" inlet and 2" outlet, non ported shroud.

S200sx-RS-51 - The next step up is into the 51mm Extended Tip compressor. This turbo is rated at 47lbs/min and will make just shy of 450whp maxed out at 29psi.  This turbo can be had in either the .48 or .63 A/R turbine housing, however we highly recommend the .48 for this street terror.  Full boost is around 3200rpm.  Compressor housing is 3" inlet and 2" outlet, non ported shroud.

S200sx-RS-56 - The 56mm Extended Tip'd S200sx turbo is rated at 55lbs/min and will make around 510whp at 30psi in the .63 A/R turbine housing. Full boost can be seen around 3500rpm in the .63 A/R turbine housing.  We don't recommend this turbo to be ordered in the .48 A/R turbine housing as it will have the tendency to surge in its non ported shroud compressor housing.  Compressor housing is 3" inlet and 2" outlet, non ported shroud.

Reliability: A big question that we get alot is, "Can I have a reliable car with one of these turbo kits?" The answer is yes. As long as the car is safely tuned and has the proper supporting mods, then there is no reason that the car cannot be a perfect daily driver. Most owners report that gas mileage increases and the car has much better street manners than a bone stock SRT4. No more part throttle boost, boost spikes, crazy torque spikes, fluttering, surging or many other issues associated with the stock turbo. Power will come on nicely and pull hard all the way to redline. Boost is easy to control with any quality boost controller. The turbos will give years of life as long as they are fed quality oil and you prevent any foreign objects from entering them.

-External Blow Off Valve Setup
-Fuel Upgrades
-3" exhaust

Fuel System: You will need more fuel to go along with the increased airflow of this big turbo. Our SCT Fuel Kit with a return line is a great start for you to manage the "S" series kits. 750cc injectors will suffice.

Turbo Kit Includes: AGP T3/T4 manifold, Borg Warner S200sx turbocharger with cast AGP Turbo turbine housings, compressor wheels with extended tips, AGP-38mm external wastegate, stainless steel dump tube, 3" stainless steel O2 housing, oil feed and drain lines, gaskets, nuts and bolts, Stainless Steel heatshield, overflow bottle.

Options: If you want some added flavor to your AGP kit, we can polish the compressor housing and/or heatshield. We also offer ceramic coating to the manifold, turbine housing, o2 housing, and dump tube in either black or silver. For those wanting to quiet down the wastegate dump, we offer a weld-on or bolt-on reroute kit.
