Shipping Information

All turbocharger assemblies and turbocharger related products are built to your particular specifications. Therefore please allow us enough time to customize your order. Most custom products are shipped within two weeks from order, however some orders may take longer. In-stock parts and accessories will be normally shipped out within 48 hours from order. If you are in need of a specific product, do not assume it is an "in stock" item. Please contact us for an estimated ship time. ALL POSTED SHIP TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, however we do our very best to get the products you've ordered to you as quickly as possible.  Often items may ship from multiple locations, and may arrive at different times.  Sometimes, there are delays that are beyond our control so please be patient.  Shipping days are business days Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count as these are not normal shipping days from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.

Note: If you have selected a 'finish' on your product that requires the product to be jobbed out (ie polishing, ceramic coating, powder coating, etc.), please allow additional time for your product to ship. This extra time can take up to 3-5 weeks. Although this extended time isn't always the case, we do appreciate your patience in receiving your items.

T51R Modification to a compressor housing will add time to every order.  That time will vary between 1-3 weeks and will depend on machine time and current workflow.  Please be patient and allow our machinists the proper time needed to complete.   

AGP Turbochargers, Inc. uses Federal Express and UPS as our primary shipping companies. All packages are insured for retail value. We do offer the customer to select a "Signature Required" option, however FedEx or UPS may require it to protect you depending on your location, the value of the package, or driver's preference. We have no control over FedEx or UPS requiring a signature upon delivery and it is not always our decision.

Upon receipt of your package, make certain to inspect for any damage or missing items. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to AGP Turbochargers, Inc. in writing within 48 hours via email at orders@agpturbo.com. Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, newspaper, foam or any other material used until the claim has been rectified. Many times, the shipping company will need to inspect the package, so keep this in mind. If you fail to notify us within the given policy period, there is nothing AGP Turbochargers, Inc. can do to fix your problem. We will always do our best to take care of any mishaps that may occur during the delivery of your prized products; however we require your help to do so.

USPS is a shipping option for the US and Canada.  Most of the time, USPS is reliable and delivers the items quickly.  However, their tracking system is not always real-time and sometimes shipments don't get scanned properly.  This is a flaw in the USPS system, and although it might be cost effective to ship using this method, it also isn't always the most reliable.  If you have a time sensitive deadline, we recommend choosing FedEx or UPS. If you select USPS, you assume the risk of the item not being delivered in a timely manner.  This is out of AGP's control.

We offer DHL Express and UPS Expedited shipping options for items going overseas. Even though these options are expensive, it guarantees that your items will be delivered quickly and safely.  Additionally, we may choose a different shipping carrier, method, or service depending on what is ordered in order to serve you better and get your products to you faster and/or more reliably.
