Tempe, Arizona-based AGP Turbo continues to lead innovations in the Mopar turbo performance arena by announcing an upgrade for the 2008-2010 Caliber SRT-4. The AGP Caliber Turbo Kit includes a replacement manifold, external wastegate, a 3” downpipe, and a choice of turbochargers with boost ranging from 450 to 800 horsepower.

The AGP Turbo manifold is CAD engineered and sand cast from high silicone moly to exacting tolerances and provides the quickest spool-up and peak horsepower possible by integrating a properly divided design.  The T3 twin-scroll manifold separates and pairs cylinders 1-4 and 2-3 to the inducer blades of the turbine wheel throughout the turbine housing.  By properly separating the cylinder pulses, the energy is harnessed and applies more initial torque on the turbine wheel without opposing gasses interfering like an “open” manifold. The AGP Turbo kit spools faster than any other turbo kit that runs an open manifold design.

AGP developed a new V-band external wastegate with a 46mm valve to be used for the Caliber Kit in order to regulate the amount of boost. The new V46 wastegate has an investment cast stainless body, inconel valve, nomex diaphragm, and the ability to run 10psi to 35psi of boost, depending on the boost controller. The wastegate dump is vented to the atmosphere in order to create the highest amount of turbine efficiency

After the turbo, we’ve constructed a complete V band 3” downpipe that attaches to your factory “cat back” system.

We offer numerous different sized turbochargers to fit your needs.  Our Delta™ line of turbochargers feature ultra-lightweight investment cast compressor wheels in 46 and 52lb/min flow capabilities.  The Zeta™ features Billet 7075 CNC machined compressor wheels ranging from 50lbs/min through 78lbs/min.  Both Delta™ and Zeta™ turbochargers feature a Dual Ball Bearing center housing only, and water cooling to keep everything under check.

Delta 46:  This is the base turbo in the Caliber Turbo kit that hits 20 psi at just over 3000 rpm and carries 450 whp at its max of 27psi in the .55 A/R turbine housing.

Delta 52: In the .75 A/R turbine housing, the Delta 52 hits 20 psi around 3500 rpm and delivers an effective 400 whp. This turbo clears 500 whp around 30 psi and has a max boost around 34 psi.

Zeta 2.8: Our smallest offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 50 lbs/min. Built with either the .55 A/R or .75 A/R turbine housing, the turbo will support over 500 whp. In the .55 A/R, the Z2.8 achieves 20 psi before 3000 rpm and reaches maximum around 470 whp. The .75 A/R delivers full boost around 3200 rpm with the ability to hit 500 whp around 28 psi with the turbo maxing boost around 30 psi.

Zeta 3.0: Our first offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 58 lbs/min. Built with the .75 A/R turbine housing, the turbo supports past 570 whp. Expect full boost around 3400 rpm with our ultra-light weight billet compressor wheel.

Zeta 3.2: Our second offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 77 lbs/min. Offered with either the .75 A/R or .95 A/R turbine housing, the turbo will support past 750 whp. This turbo has the normal ported shroud 4" inlet similar to the smaller Deltas, however the outlet is 2.5" and requires different silicone coupler to connect to the charge pipe. With our ultra light-weight billet compressor wheel, expect full boost around 3800rpm in the .75 and 4100rpm in the .95.

Dual Ball Bearing: The Dual Ball Bearing turbo boasts increased durability from its innovative design that eliminates the need for a thrust bearing. The DBB endures less friction from the shaft rolling on ball bearings, delivering quicker initial spoolup of a DBB turbo over a standard bearing turbo of similar size. The increased thrust load capacity and almost instant transient response makes the DBB a necessity with today's demanding performance environment. All Delta and Zeta series turbos are DBB only with oil lubricated and water cooled bearing housings.

Reliability: As long as a car is safely tuned and has the proper supporting modifications, there is no reason it cannot be a perfect daily driver. Most owners report gas mileage increases and much better street manners than a bone stock SRT4. No more part throttle boost, boost spikes, crazy torque spikes, fluttering, surging or many other issues associated with the stock turbo. Power comes on nicely and pulls hard all the way to redline. Boost is easy to control with any quality boost controller. The turbos give years of life with proper maintenance.

The AGP S3DZ includes the following components:

AGP Turbo kit with customer selected Delta or Zeta Series Turbo, Cast AGP Twin Scroll T3 manifold, AGP-45mm V Band external wastegate, stainless steel dump tube, 3" stainless steel downpipe, oil feed and drain lines, water line kit, gaskets, nuts and bolts.

Modifications Needed to run a S3DZ kit:

-3" intake with a 4" coupler (all Delta and Zeta turbos have a 4" ported shroud inlet)
-External Blow Off Valve Setup
-Fuel Upgrades (ie 750cc injectors and AEM FIC)
-3" exhaust

Options: To add flavor to your AGP kit order a polished compressor housing. We also offer ceramic coating to the manifold, turbine housing, o2 housing, and dump tube in either black or silver. You can also order a 4"-3" or 4" silicone coupler from us to connect to your existing intake.
