Untitled Document Here is the fastest spooling, insane-power turbo upgrade for your Dodge Neon SRT-4. Everyone loved the ease of installation and tuning the "Big M's" Stage 3 turbo upgrade, however the power, availability, and upgrade-ability had always left a little on the table. Here is the answer to everyone's wishes, and of course from AGP Turbo. Since 2006, AGP has been developing, building, and testing new technology turbo combinations that flat-out blow the doors off the competition.

The Stage 3 Delta/Zeta from AGP is just like all of our other available turbo kits. This kit is much like the "Big M's" but you get better boost control via an external wastegate, and future upgrade-ability with our larger Delta turbos.

On cars with the basic bolt-on upgrades, you will expect to accomplish between 330whp and 370whp at 20psi on pump gas with the smaller Deltas. Click the boost up to 25psi and some meth injection and you'll easily clear 400whp with the D42 and D46. We offer larger Delta and Zeta Turbochargers to appease those desiring even more power. Here are the "play by play" details of all of the AGP designed and built in house Delta and Zeta Series Turbochargers.

NEW Delta 38: This is our new "base turbo" that completely outshines any stock turbo upgrade with the quickest spoolup you'll ever imagine and the ability to hit ~360whp max around 24psi. Expect 20psi around 2900rpm in the .48 A/R housing in standard bearing configuration. The D38 is the solution to "part throttle boost" commonly associated with stock turbo upgrades, and the choice for those not wanting to purchase major fuel upgrades. For those coming from Mopar's Stage 2, this is the perfect upgrade for you. The is the turbo the car should have come with directly from Dodge.

Delta 40: This is the base turbocharger in the Delta series of turbochargers. This is the best alternative to Mother Mopar's "Stage 3" turbo kit for those wanting to get the quickest spoolup possible in any standard bearing turbocharger but have the ability to hit 400whp. We build this turbocharger with AGP's cast housings to provide the best spoolup and overall power for a turbo this size. This is offered in a .48 A/R turbine housing. Full boost at a hair over 3000rpm in a standard bearing configuration. Stage 2 injectors with a return line is sufficient to max this turbo out on race gas. (Discontinued)

NEW Delta 42: The D42 is for those enthusiasts that want an insane daily driver with fast spoolup but need to hit a 400whp number on the dyno. The Delta 42 hits 20psi by 3000rpm where it makes about 350whp in the .48 A/R turbine housing. The D42 clears 400whp around 25psi and is an excellent choice for those with stock engines. Stage 2 or 650cc injectors with a return line, or 750cc injectors with no return line will certainly supply enough fuel to max out the D42.

Delta 44: This is by far the most popular of the Delta line of turbos because it spools up nearly identical as the Delta 40, but gives you an extra 40whp on tap over the Delta 40. 440whp is the max on this turbo and it's an excellent alternative to the "Big Wheel Stage 3" options from other companies. We offer this turbo in the AGP cast .48 A/R turbine housing and stock engines can handle this power level. 650cc injectors and a return line is sufficient to max this turbo out on race gas. 750cc injectors without a return line will also get the job done. This is by far our favorite turbo combination and all of our customers love it.(Discontinued)

NEW Delta 46: So why would we discontinue the D44, the most popular turbo we've sold over the past two years? How about a turbo that spools faster than the D44 and makes more power across the board? We have answered with a turbo that will hit 20psi at just a hair over 3000rpm and make 450whp all day long at 27psi in the .48 A/R turbine housing. 750cc injectors with a return line will be needed to max out the D46.

Delta 48: Now we are starting to get into the larger, more serious turbo. The Delta 48 will spoolup around 3200-3300 rpm in the AGP .48 A/R turbine housing but sometimes will have a tendency to surge under certain conditions. Most people who run this combo never notice any surging, however we do give this disclaimer just in case. If you're worried about surging on a turbo this size, we recommend going with the Delta 44. We can do the Delta 48 in a .63 A/R turbine housing to eliminate the possibility of surging, however it will increase spoolup time to around 3500rpm. 480whp is the max this turbo can run, and we would recommend a built bottom end and 750cc injectors, return line, and bottleneck mods to the fuel pump.(Discontinued)

Delta 55: This turbocharger is recommended in the .63 A/R turbine housing and offers 20psi around 3500 rpm. Max power on the Delta 55 is 550whp at 32psi. We highly recommend a built engine, headwork, and all the necessary supporting mods to go along with this turbo. The turbo is very comparable to the power potential of a Borg Warner S256, however it offers quicker spoolup and lower cost. 750cc injectors or larger, with a dual fuel pump setup will be needed to see the complete potential. 128-130mph trap speeds is the norm from those who have tested this turbo from us.

Delta 65: This is a serious turbo, and in a standard bearing configuration 20psi is achieved around 3800rpm. This turbo has the normal ported shroud 4" inlet just like all the smaller Deltas, however the outlet is 2.5" so you will also need to modify your factory hot side charge pipe to adapt to the 2.5" outlet. 35psi of boost will output 630whp and 37psi will max this turbo out at 650whp. 137-140mph trap speeds have been seen with our customers on this turbocharger and is a great alternative to the GT35R. This turbo is just plain sick and if you're crazy enough to run it, you will see that it's all business. Fully built engine, every supporting mod possible, dual fuel pumps, 1000cc injectors, and a standalone engine management will be needed to see the potential. We recommend talking to an AGP Professional when choosing a turbo of this size. Many people think they need 600+whp, however they often overlook what's truly needed to make that kind of power.

Delta 75: 750whp max at 40psi of boost. If you're planning on running this kind of power, you already know what you need to support it.

NEW Zeta 3.0: Our first offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 58 lbs/min. We build this turbo with the .63 A/R turbine housing and the turbo will support past 570whp. With our ultra light weight billet compressor wheel, and combined with our hub-less turbine wheel, expect full boost around 3400rpm. We will recommend a fully built engine with 750cc+ injectors twin fuel pumps to feed the full potential of the 3.0.

Twin Ball Bearing Options: In 2007, we released our own in-house built ball bearing rotating assemblies. The Delta and Zeta Twin Ball Bearing has increased durability because the design eliminates the need for a thrust bearing. You can literally beat the ever living hell out of one of our Delta or Zeta Twin Ball Bearing turbos and it will be asking for more. The TBB has less friction from the shaft rolling on ball bearings so you will notice an average of 200rpm quicker initial spoolup of a TBB turbo over our standard bearing turbos. The increased thrust load capacity and almost instant transient response makes the TBB an option that is well worth the investment.

Reliability: A frequent question we get is, "Can I have a reliable car with one of these turbo kits?" The answer is yes. As long as the car is safely tuned and has the proper supporting mods, then there is no reason that the car cannot be a perfect daily driver. Most owners report that gas mileage increases and the car has much better street manners than a bone stock SRT4. No more part throttle boost, boost spikes, crazy torque spikes, fluttering, surging or many other issues associated with the stock turbo. Power will come on nicely and pull hard all the way to redline. Boost is easy to control with any quality boost controller. The turbos will give years of life as long as they are fed quality oil and you prevent any foreign objects from entering them.

The AGP S3DZ includes the following components:
