Here is the very well known AGP 50 trim, in its same form since 1999 with a couple
of new tweaks. It is very difficult to engineer a turbo better than the "50
trim", so we see no need to try and fix something that isn't broken. Designed,
built, and marketed by AGP, this turbo is the way to go with your 4 or 6 cyl engine
with power goals up to 500 horsepower.
Compressor Specs:
- AGP Cast T04E ported shroud housing 4" inlet 2" outlet
- AGP Investment Cast 50 trim compressor wheel 50lb/min

In 2007, we released our own in-house built ball bearing rotating assemblies.
The AGP Twin Ball Bearing has increased durability because the design eliminates
the need for a thrust bearing. You can literally beat the ever living hell out
of one of our Twin Ball Bearing turbos and it will be asking for more. The TBB
has less friction from the shaft rolling on ball bearings so you will notice
an average of 200rpm quicker initial spoolup of a TBB turbo over our standard
bearing turbos. The increased thrust load capacity and almost instant transient
response makes the TBB an option that is well worth the investment.
Our bearing housings are all water-cooled with M14 threaded jackets. We feel
the oil should do the job of lubrication and water should do the job of cooling.
The oil inlet for our standard bearing turbos is 1/8"NPT and 7/16-24 for
our ball bearing option. The oil drain is the standard T3-T4 with M8 threads.
Lines and fittings are all available here.
Options: If you want some added flavor to your AGP turbo, we
can polish the compressor housing and/or ceramic coat the turbine housing black
or silver. We can also weld elbows off the compressor outlet to fit your installation
perfectly.
