Upon receipt of your package, make certain to inspect for any damage or missing items. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to AGP Arms, Inc. within 48 hours via email at sales@agparms.com. Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, newspaper, foam or any other material used until the claim has been rectified. Many times, the shipping company will need to inspect the package, so keep this in mind. If you fail to notify us within the given policy period, there is nothing AGP Arms, Inc. can do to fix your problem. We will always do our best to take care of any mishaps that may occur during the delivery of your prized products; however we require your help to do so.

All sales are final. It is solely up to AGP whether a purchased good falls under the return policy. If you feel the need to return a product to AGP, you will be charged at least a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns after 15 DAYS from original shipping date. You must get an authorized RMA number from AGP before sending the product back for return. All products being returned to AGP must be packaged well, unused, and include all parts that were shipped in the original order. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
