Loading... Please wait...A work in progress since early 2008, the Zeta line of turbochargers is here featuring 5-axis CNC machined billet 7075 aluminum compressor wheels. Our second offering, version 3.2 with flow capabilities past 77lbs/min, is a perfect match for power levels between 550-750 horsepower. All Zeta turbochargers are only available with the Dual Ball Bearing center housing.
Compressor Specs: Turbine Specs: The Dual Ball Bearing turbo has increased durability because the design eliminates the need for a thrust bearing. You can literally beat the ever living hell out of one of these Dual Ball Bearing turbos and it will be asking for more. The DBB has less friction from the shaft rolling on ball bearings so you will notice quicker initial spoolup of a DBB turbo over a standard bearing turbo of similar size. The increased thrust load capacity and almost instant transient response makes the DBB a necessity with today's demanding performance environment.

Our bearing housings are all water-cooled with M14 threaded jackets. We feel the oil should do the job of lubrication and water should do the job of cooling. The oil inlet is 7/16-24. The oil drain is the standard T3-T4 with M8 threads. Lines and fittings are all available here. Flanges and gaskets are available here.
Options: If you want some added flavor to your AGP turbo, we can polish the compressor housing and/or ceramic coat the turbine housing black or silver. We can also weld elbows off the compressor outlet to fit your installation perfectly.
