If you are in love with Borg Warner's S300sx turbo lineup and always wanted to throw one on your 3rd Gen Dodge Cummins, here is your answer. AGP has engineered a custom cast 12cm turbine housing that bolts directly in place of the HE341 and HE351. There are no modifications needed to your downpipe, intake pipe, manifold, etc; and no extra parts needed to make this work. This is truly a bolt-on upgrade.
Currently we have two power options for the 2003-2007 5.9L common rail (3rd gen). All turbos are equipped with the correct oil feed fitting to adapt to your factory oil feed line. This turbo will also fit your oil drain, and we include a new gasket for you. We also include a metal ring reinforced silicone coupler to adapt the compressor outlet of this turbo to your factory intercooler inlet pipe. (some factory oil drain flanges may need to be drilled out to fit the new drain bolts)
Turbo comes standard with Borg Warner's 3 pad thrust bearing, with optional 6 pad 360 degree bearing.
This is a wastegated turbo and comes with our in house billet adjustable wastegate actuator with a 32psi spring rate. The wastegate assembly attaches to the turbine side so you are able to clock the turbo's compressor in any direction for those wanting to run top mount 2nd gen manifolds.
There is no compressor housing port for your factory boost control solenoid if you have a 2004.5-2007. We recommend leaving your factory solenoid plugged in, but tied out of the way. This will give you better, more stable boost.
60-68-12 - This turbo is for those who need to upgrade their "non HO" trucks that were equipped with the HE341, or someone who wants a slight upgrade to the HE351. This turbo will support 500 horsepower.
63-68-12 - This turbo is for the everyday driver and tow truck. We believe this is the turbo everyone should choose for power, spoolup, and EGT control. This turbo will support 575 horsepower.
We now offer billet wheel options for these turbos that will give 10% more power and slightly quicker spoolup.

Have been running this 63/68/12 for a couple years now. 60hp injectors and a diablosport predator. The turbo spools almost identical to stock and no matter how hard I try, egt never gets over 1150(after turbo). Installation was fairly easy. Bolted right up, my only problems were with the old turbo.
****NOTE****You'll have to remember to take the waste gate actuator off of the old turbo and leave it plugged in. With no actuator, the computer will go into limp mode.

I purchased a 6368 12 with the billet wheel and 360 degree thrust bearing for severe duty install was no problem took only a couple of hours just like a stock turbo would absolutely fantastic craftsmanship with the turbo.i have a 2006 cummins 6spd 4x4 with a 5in turbo back exhaust ,cold air intake and a ts performance mp-8 everything else is stock except for the clutch I have a South Bend dual disc clutch.spool up is a touch slower than stock but midrange and top end power is AWESOME this turbo is an amazing deal 500 dollars less than a brand new stocks turbo and it's a bigger with the billet wheel and better thrust bearing you can't beat this much quality for this price.

Bought this turbo with the 63mm compressor and a 360* thrust bearing.....running on a 03 common rail with stock injectors and a smarty pod. Spool up is almost identical to stock and mid to top end power is awesome! For the price and fit/installation ease this is a steal!
